100% Estate Grown Zinfandel
Zephyrus 2017 Estate Zinfandel was fermented in concrete tanks for 20 days offering the wine more texture before being transferred into 60% new Hungarian oak with medium toast. The nose is unique and will remind you of a Fig Newton with a honey-cinnamon aroma. This is a full-bodied wine and has a bit of pepper and tannins in the finish.
